Server RDM's

Hey,
There was alot of confusing as too how long you are banned for when you rdm.. I think this.. Please post and see what you think, This is just a draft..

1 RDM Without reason = Kick
(Rejoins) RDM's again =5 min ban

Whole team RDM = Ban for 2 days

1 RDM with Reason = Slap 45
2 rdm with reason = Slay?

I think that sounds like a fair system. However I think a whole team RDM should maybe be more just to hammer home that being a cunt isn't acceptable!

A kill with a reason isnt RDM xD

Also, I have a much more effective method.

1 accidental RDM = Kick?
1 stupid RDM = 2 hours
1 outrageous RDM = 1-2 days
More than one RDM = WEEK
Hackers = Permanent - I dont care about them, they just ruin the game


This is way more effective, because people are "scared" by a kick, or even a 5 minute ban. When people see RDM'ers banned for longer periods, they feel safe and think "Oh shi, aint gonna RDM"

I agree with Mahoney as that is a good system but if they keep on and keep on RDMing i would say just amke it a complete ban ccause that is unacceptible!

Yeah, I think that 1 RDM shouldn't be a kick though? This is on the basis that they have apologised! otherwise a kick is perfectly reasonable

I want to check, in a hypothetical situation, if killing someone would be RDM.

Try to imagine the last three people alive are:

• You (Innocent; and you know you are, obviously).
  
• Detective (Beyond suspicion, obviously).
  
• Another innocent.

By the process of elimination, despite having no evidence, you can be sure the other remaining innocent is a traitor. You might not be able to prove this to the detective, obviously, but would you be RDMing to shoot that innocent on sight yourself- knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are the remaining traitor?

But, If there was 4 people alive, and the chances of someone being a traitor is 50/50, Killing someone to find out would be RDM

Agreed with simmy but heres my idea for the verdicts. It might be a little harsh, But thats just me.

( if no apology then KICK )

1 stupid RDM = 2 hours if no apology is given
1 stupid RDM = 30 mins If apology is given

1 outrageous RDM = 2 days

More than one RDM = MONTH
MWAHAHAHA ( Well they kinda deserve it XD )

1+ on Fluffy, But maybe alter those times just a little
